Ad Astra - GGJ 2023

This project was made in about a week for Global Game Jam 2023. The basic idea of this game was to be a sort of text based adventure where you explore a galaxy for data about a planet to resettle humanity onto. This game was made in tandem with one of my group members from my capstone project, Jorge Sierra. While we did manage to finish the game, we did it in the nick of time and had no time to playtest seriously. In addition to that, this game concept relied heavily on there being a lot of different events to encounter, but in the time we had, we only managed to write about 10. At the time of writing, we do plan to expand on this game post-jam, but we're currently taking a break after working on it nonstop for a week straight.
